Event & Workshop Agreement

Liability Waiver:
By registering for this class, I agree to release WonderLand Unlimited, LLC and all workshop/class instructors from any liability relating to injuries that may occur during a workshop and/or event at 132 Main Street Manasquan NJ 08736; including financial responsibility for any bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. This registration releases WonderLand + Sea and its contracted instructors from any responsibility of accidents that may occur within the space or with equipment, including, but not limited to handling of tools and heavy equipment, use of chemicals, solvents and inks.
Additionally, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless WonderLand+Sea and its employees from and against any and all claims for personal injuries or damages of any kind arising from participation in events and workshops.

Photo Consent:
We often photograph and/or video participants during the program for promotional purposes without compensation. By registering, you agree that WonderLand+Sea may use the participant’s photograph in the routine promotion of its classes/workshops and activities.

Control Agreement:
I hereby agree that I will hold only myself responsible for any alcohol consumed during a workshop or event, and that I will practice good judgment if I choose to consume alcohol. I also agree that the instructor or event coordinator can stop my consumption of alcohol and call a ride at my own expense if he or she feels that I have had too much to drink. Our policy is bring your own, we do not provide or sell any alcoholic beverages.

Youth Workshop Agreement
Parent/Guardian Waiver and Medical Release
As parent/guardian, you individually and on behalf of your child, release and agree to hold WonderLand Unlimited LLC harmless from any and all liability and hereby assume all risk and responsibility and waive any claim or cause of action of any nature whatsoever arising on behalf of your child while in our space. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless WonderLand+Sea, its agents, employees or contractors, whether paid or volunteer, against any and all claims which may arise from any injury to the child while participating in this workshop. You have read and understand the above policy and agree to comply with its provisions.
In the case of an emergency involving your child, you understand that every effort will be made to contact you. However, in the event that you cannot be reached to make arrangements for emergency medical attention at the time of illness or accident, you hereby authorize WonderLand+Sea staff to call 911 to provide urgent care for your child and further authorize your child to receive emergency medical treatment.

Responsibility of Parent/Guardian Policy
The following policy reflects our concern for your child’s physical welfare. Please read carefully. We cannot admit your child without your consent to this waiver.
WonderLand + Sea is NOT responsible for children/students before or after the hours for which they are registered for class or workshop.
