Let’s work with the new moon energy to set some intentions. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of the meditation to allow time for parking and check-in.
Some comfort items you may want to bring if you are joining this event:
1. A yoga mat (bring)
2. A blanket and pillow
3. Water
4. An eye mask, (optional), if you want to block out all light
5. Any crystals or special relics to charge and meditate with
6. Dress comfortably so you can fully relax!
